I was recommended to Balance medical from a local friend here in Colorado as we are visiting from Costa Rica. It was suggested that it may help to have a session in the hyperbaric chamber to help adjust to the altitude. The entire experience was educational and professional with both Dr Jesi and her husband Dr Jason explaining the process step by step and not only the benefits of what to expect but how your body functions and why this process would help me to climatize to the altitude. A great experience and can say it really worked for me I was experiencing a slight headache and just kind of worn out. After the one-hour session I was revitalized and had renewed energy and my headache was gone. I have been hiking and climbing since here in the mountains and feel great. 10 years ago I broke my leg in two places and had 14 pins, two plates and bone graphed into my tib/fib/ankle, and was told I would deal with arthritis for the rest of my life.
