My biggest goal…To live with contentment.
My love of natural medicine started…With an ‘aha’ moment in chiropractic school, listening to the Mayo Clinic’s head research scientist discuss how effective and powerful nutrition is for managing cardiovascular concerns as opposed to drugs and traditional therapies.
I love Telluride/Ridgeway because…Southwest Colorado is the perfect combination of rugged beautiful mountains, wide open spaces, crystal clear bodies of water, and quaint cozy communities full of like-minded individuals.
The best advice I’ve received – When backing up a trailer, put your hand on the bottom of the steering wheel and move your hand in the direction you want the trailer to go. Wisdom from my beloved father in-law.
“Ever since my ‘aha’ moment in chiropractic school, listening to the Mayo Clinic’s head research scientist discuss how effective and powerful nutrition is for managing cardiovascular concerns as opposed to drugs and traditional therapies – I have been a true believer in functional medicine.”
