Dr. Jessica Balbo DC

Dr. Jessica Balbo’s ability to seamlessly integrate a variety of customized therapeutic techniques into each patient visit has established her as a leading healthcare provider in Southwestern Colorado.

Prior to moving to Ridgway, Colorado, to live, work and play in the mountains, she worked at a clinic that offered advanced healing treatments to elite athletes, including Ironman competitors, marathon and ultra runners, NFL and NHL players and various other professional and college-level athletes. Her experience with high-level athletes allowed Dr. Balbo to hone her manual therapy skills and expand her knowledge of sports injury and in turn create a treatment combination designed for optimal results. In this learning environment Dr. Balbo discovered she could adapt similar principles to a broader population of active adults and young people.

In 2007 Dr. Balbo earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. While at Northwestern she studied to become a certified acupuncturist and now regularly practices chiropractic acupuncture.
